Humpday.

After only 600 miles the Pro2 hub's bearings are falling apart! There's probably a 3mm movement at the rim (which is a lot but not much to make me care really) which is stupid considering the bike's not really done much mileage and has only been rained on about 11-12 times.

Of course hope will blame me for using the hub singlespeed, whereas the play in the bearings are actually in the hub shell no the freehub.

Maybe it's time to invest in King?

Blimey, that's rubbish.

Indeed it is.
It started having movement about 250 miles ago to.. and I've not really cleaned the bike properly, so I;'ve not blasted the bearings with lots of water (not that I do anyway)

Of course, ask on STW if people ahve had issues the'll claim not, because they don't ride enough.

Maybe I'll run XC's and have a spare wheel on tap, that's a lot cheaper than a king.

Oh and the pawls have misfired about 20 times on this wheel too!!!
