Punishing

25 Aug 2007 at 13:15 Filed Under:

I really put my body though the wringer today. I was knackered from the get go, and with a strong wind the day wasn't going to be all that much fun, so I settled for punshing myself until mt whol body ached.

And BOY! did it ache!

So much my eye lids hurt!

Days of hurt are outnumbering days of nonhurt a lot at the moment, the relentless wind never gives you a chance to relax so you just have to dig in and grind away.

2008 better be less windy!

41.2 miles (12mph avg) | V Windy, Mild, Humid, Very Very Tiring.

First ride over 40miles for the KHS - finally!

There was no wind at all when I was out last night :)

That's because the wind's related to the sunshine and temperature.

Everyday the wind drops at about 6.30 - 7.00.
