Road Ride #2 of the day.

Very very very very windy, or maybe not, no idea, huge air resistance and gusting, made my second ride a sufferfest time trial.

45mins, Ave 22.5mph, Rain and the horrible horrible wind as the storm rolled in.

All this to record a second consecutive 300 mile week... woop!, I'm now sweating like TwinklyDave looking though a cake shop window.

I've also amassed the palindromic total of 898.98 miles this month.

Speedy! I averaged 20mph for 31 miles in the rain.

road riding is so easy, it's just cheating on a grand scale. Road miles don't count

If you find road riding easy Jon then you're not trying anywhere near hard enough.

if you want road miles to count you should make sure they go over lots of big hills

big hills are ace, as is beating everyone up them
