How can we sleep when our cranks need turning
How do we ride when our quads are burning

I just thought I'd put that into your heads as it was in my head as I powered around my ride today (ave speed 12.4mph), aided by a new drivetrain and new carbon reinforced shoes

Obviously by my response you can tell I have no idea what you mean... it were reet stonking today dry grippy trails.. evidently during the sloppy months I've got better at corners so when they've dried I rail them.. woo!

Ace. I managed to miss it. Got a bit worried when I couldn't see the hill from my house but was clear when I got there :)
Dry, grippy trails are ace. The last couple of days have been stonking :)

Oh I could see that, that wasn't cold fog though that was just layered mist.
